Fox's Cunning Question | EN World Tabletop RPG News & Reviews

Hey, quick question about Fox's Cunning (I believe its from Tomb and Blood). My DM let me have this spell, but I think it might be a bit overpowered.

Basically, the spell gives you 1d4+1 pts to add to Intelligence (much like a potion of intelligence) and it lasts for an hour a level.

So if I cast this spell on my 8th level Wizard, and his intelligence goes from let's say 20 to 24.

So does this mean that for the next 8 hours he now gets:

+2 to the DC of all his spells
An extra 2nd and 3rd level spell (if he takes the time (roughly 15 minutes) to memorize these bonus spells)
+2 to Spellcraft checks
+2 to all other intelligence-based skill checks

That seems pretty hefty for a 2nd level spell. Has anyone used this spell and have any problems with it? I guess since it's the same as a potion of intelligence (which only has a caster level of 4th and a market price of only 300 gp), it can't be that unbalanced, can it?

PS Hey, this was post #70,000 for the rules thread. Do I win anything for that?:D
